Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Where Returns Are Accepted

We currently accept returns for U.S. orders only.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

  • Returns that arrive used, damaged, or outside the 30-day window are not eligible.

We do not charge restocking fees.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Reach out to our team at support@tompeerce.com to begin your return request.

  2. Carefully repackage the item, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.

  3. Send the package to the return address provided by our customer support team.

We highly recommend keeping your tracking information until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.


Return Method & Shipping Costs

  • Returns are shipped via mail to the address our customer support team will provide to you.

  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email support@tompeerce.com and let us know whether the item was too small or too large.

We’ll send the replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.
To streamline the process and reduce our carbon footprint, you do not need to send back the original item - feel free to keep, donate, or gift it.

If the required size or color is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email support@tompeerce.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include photos and your order number.

We will replace the item at no charge. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Note:

  • Original outbound shipping fees and any protection/insurance fees are non-refundable.

  • Your bank or card issuer may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds.

We will notify you via email when your refund is complete.

Lost Parcels

If your package is lost in transit and the shipping address provided at checkout was correct, we’ll send a replacement.

If you’d prefer a refund instead, we’ll wait 14 days to confirm non-delivery with the carrier and then process your refund.

Color Disclaimer

We strive for accurate product photography, but colors may vary slightly across screens. If you want guidance on color, material, or sizing prior to ordering, reach out—we’re happy to help.
