Orders are not accepted until we confirm them, typically via email.

5) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Title

Shipping timelines are estimates. Once an order leaves our warehouse, the carrier controls transit.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Free returns within 30 days for eligible U.S. orders (with a prepaid printable label).
Size-based exchanges are shipped at no cost.

7) User-Generated Content (Reviews, Comments, Media)

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or similar materials (“Content”), you grant Tom Peerce a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that Content on the Site and in marketing materials.
